Trigon acted as Sole Coordinator and Bookrunner in Molecure S.A.’s share offering conducted through an Accelerated Bookbuild. The transaction raised PLN 20.6m and was priced at PLN 5.0 per share. The fully subscribed WSE SPO reinforces the company’s ability to deliver on its upcoming clinical development milestones. The proceeds will support Molecure’s key Phase II and Phase I clinical programmes, as well as further development of its AI platform, strengthening the company’s focus on its most promising assets and execution priorities. The transaction highlights Trigon’s ability to support biotechnology companies in raising new equity capital on the public market, also in a demanding market environment.
