Trigon acted as Joint Bookrunner in the accelerated bookbuilding (ABB) of 4 million shares in Auto Partner S.A., one of the leading automotive spare parts distributors in Central and Eastern Europe. The transaction was executed on behalf of the founding family's foundation at PLN 27 per share, representing approximately 3.1% of the company's share capital and a total transaction value of PLN 108m. Strong institutional investor demand resulted in an order book that was multiple times oversubscribed, allowing the offering size to increase from an initially planned PLN 100m to PLN 108m. The transaction attracted over 40 investors and increased the company's free float to 59.5%.
