Trigon acted as the exclusive financial advisor, coordinator, and bookrunner for the Polsat Plus Group's PLN 10.6 billion bank financing agreement.

Trigon acted as Sole Financial Adviser, Deal Coordinator and Bookrunner in connection with Polsat Plus Group's PLN 10.6bn Senior Facilities Agreement. The financing formed part of a broader debt refinancing and financing increase totalling over PLN 13.5bn, comprising PLN- and EUR-denominated bank facilities and PLN-denominated bonds. The transaction represented one of the largest corporate refinancing transactions in Polish market history. The financing was arranged to refinance existing debt of Cyfrowy Polsat and Polkomtel, support investments in renewable energy and real estate, and finance general corporate needs. Trigon was responsible for structuring the financing, coordinating the process, conducting a competitive bidding process and negotiating with more than 20 financial institutions. The banking consortium comprised 18 financial institutions. The new financing structure provided greater flexibility to implement the Polsat Plus 2023+ Strategy, focused on clean energy and green hydrogen. The facilities also introduced a mechanism linking financing margins to sustainability targets.
