Workshops for Private Equity Academy participants
Once again, Trigon conducted a workshop for participants of the M&A path of the Private Equity Academy project. For many years we have been a partner of this event hosted by Investor’s Club — an organization that brings together students of the Warsaw School of Economics, interested in investment and Corporate Finance.
This time Michal Erbel and Dominik Rurarz — Vice President in the Trigon Investment Banking team — they explained to the participants what documents are created at different stages of project implementation in M&A consultancy and how cooperation with investors is carried out based on them. Each transaction has its own specifics, which is why the workshop was based primarily on the discussion of several real transactions carried out by the Trigon team in recent years.
Conferences and workshops such as the Private Equity Academy are a great opportunity for students to establish direct contacts with representatives of the world of finance and expand their knowledge. We are pleased to have been able to share our extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions and to present opportunities to work in our team.
