Igor Szuban and Tomasz Oskroba led a training session titled "The Role of the IB Advisory Team in the IPO Process, from the Perspective of Different Client Profiles." Participants explored the stages of an IPO, the role of an investment advisor, and how the specific needs of different clients influence the execution of stock market debut projects.

The training was practical in nature, allowing participants to gain a better understanding of the day-to-day work of Investment Banking teams during capital market transactions, as well as what the daily workflow looks like when executing M&A projects.
