Practical knowledge about bonds at the GPW IPO Academy

The training session "Corporate bonds in practice: how to effectively prepare for capital market financing" was led by Czesław Martysz. Participants learned how bond issuance can complement bank financing, what the dialogue with investors looks like, and what to pay attention to during a first-time issuance.

The meeting provided an opportunity to look at the debt market from a practical perspective and discuss how to properly prepare a company to raise capital on the market.
