Trigon supported PolTREG S.A. as Joint Coordinator and Bookrunner in a share offering conducted through an Accelerated Bookbuild. The transaction was priced at PLN 15.0 per share, with 1,253,008 shares placed for a total offer value of PLN 18.8m. Despite a challenging biotech equity market backdrop, the WSE SPO was completed within one day and achieved oversubscription. The proceeds will support PolTREG’s strategy of progressing high-potential therapeutic projects based on its TREG platform, including further development work related to the allogeneic CAR-TREG programme. The transaction highlights Trigon’s ability to deliver efficient equity financing solutions for innovative life sciences companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
