Strong institutional demand allowed the offering to be upsized to 2.2 million shares. The transaction was priced at PLN 57.00 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of approximately PLN 125 million. Following the placement, PCC SE remains the majority shareholder of PCC Rokita, underscoring its long-term commitment to the company. The transaction was the culmination of several months of close cooperation between Trigon's Investment Banking and ECM teams and PCC SE and PCC Rokita.
