Trigon named Best Investment Bank for M&A in Poland at Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2025

The Euromoney Awards for Excellence is one of the most prestigious international rankings of financial institutions, conducted continuously since 1992. The editorial staff of the magazine rewards institutions distinguished by the quality of advice, efficiency of operation and innovative approach to customer service. Each edition features 25 global awards and honors in more than 100 countries around the world.

Trigon has received this award for the eighth time in the last ten years, which confirms its well-established position in the investment banking segment in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The distinction was awarded on the basis of the results achieved between April 2024 and March 2025.

This distinction confirms that independent, specialised consultancy has a permanent place in Poland. During the analyzed period, Trigon advised on M&A transactions with a total value of PLN 3.6 billion, leading complex and multi-stage processes of strategic importance — both for domestic and foreign clients. Projects carried out by the team included, among others, ownership advice, cross-border transactions and public stock market calls.

Key M&A transactions completed by Trigon in 2024—2025:

• Acquisition of Comarch SA by CVC Capital Partners (PLN 2.7 billion) The largest M&A transaction on the Polish market in the second half of 2024. Trigon acted as the exclusive financial advisor to CVC, responsible for, among other things, the preparation of the transaction structure, negotiations with the founding shareholders and the implementation of the public call.
• Total Specific Solutions investment in Asseco Poland (PLN 1.0 billion). Advised TSS — a Constellation Software group company — on the acquisition of nearly 25% of Asseco shares and the conclusion of an investment agreement with its founder. The transaction was a strategic partnership in the IT sector.
• Acquisition of Fibre Operator Fixmap by Arcus Infrastructure Partners. Comprehensive advisory services for infrastructure transactions in the FtTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) sector, including an entity operating regionally in Poland.
• Acquisition of S-Druk by Netbox Group. Consolidation transaction in the cardboard packaging industry, supporting the expansion of the client in the segment of specialized solutions for industry.

Trigon has also participated in several public-to-private (P2P) transactions, including public offerings and projects in the healthcare, industrial printing and IT industries.
