Trigon awarded by the WSE for the highest number of SPO transactions in 2025

Trigon was honored by the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the Summary of the Stock Exchange Year 2025. The company received the distinction for the highest number of SPO transactions carried out in 2025, acting as Global Coordinator and Bookrunner.

The award was awarded on the basis of objective data - the number of completed transactions - and is a confirmation of Trigon's strong position in the capital market. In 2025, Trigon successfully completed a number of demanding SPO projects, supporting companies from different sectors and with diverse business scales, including CreoTech, CCC, PCF Group, Bioceltix, Scope Fluidics and Cognor.

This distinction is the result of the trust of customers, the high quality of the transactions carried out and the close cooperation of the teams throughout the organization. The key role was played by the teams responsible for the execution of transactions and the analytical and operational facilities that supported the processes in changing and demanding market conditions.

Summary of the WSE Stock Exchange Year is an annual event, during which institutions having a significant impact on the development of the Polish capital market are distinguished.
