Trigon pełnił rolę wyłącznego doradcy finansowego Kliniki Miracki i jej akcjonariuszy przy sprzedaży 67,5% udziałów na rzecz MCI Capital

Trigon acted as sole financial adviser to Klinika Miracki and its shareholders on the sale of a 67.5% stake in the company to MCI Capital. Klinika Miracki operates seven clinics across Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice and Łódź and is one of the largest players in the Polish aesthetic medicine market. The founders will remain significant shareholders and continue to be actively involved in the business. Together with MCI Capital, they will support Klinika Miracki in its next stage of growth, including further network expansion, a broader range of medical services, selected acquisitions and investments in technology and digital solutions. Completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of agreed closing conditions.
