Trigon acted as Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in VIGO Photonics S.A.'s accelerated bookbuilding transaction, combining a primary share offering with the sale of Warsaw Equity Group's stake. The total transaction value reached nearly PLN 123 million. The proceeds from the primary offering will support VIGO Photonics' growth strategy by accelerating the development and scaling of the company's infrared array production for the defence sector. The transaction also broadened the company's institutional shareholder base and demonstrates the role of the capital market in supporting the growth of innovative technology companies.
