Trigon advised Macquarie Asset Management on the sale of Fiberhost and INEA to Deutsche Telekom in a transaction valuing the businesses at c. €1bn enterprise value.

Trigon, together with Nomura Greentech, acted as financial adviser to Macquarie Asset Management on the sale of Fiberhost and INEA to Deutsche Telekom. The transaction values the businesses at approximately €1 billion in enterprise value and represents one of the largest fibre infrastructure transactions in the Polish telecommunications market. By acquiring Fiberhost and INEA, Deutsche Telekom gains control of a leading fibre platform in Poland, combining Fiberhost's open-access FTTH network reaching more than 1.4 million households with INEA's retail broadband and TV offering serving over 300,000 customers. Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
