Trigon supports Cognor S.A. in securing PLN 300m to accelerate strategic growth

Trigon, acting as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, successfully completed a PLN 300 million equity offering for Cognor Holding S.A., providing the company with capital to advance its strategic development, expand production capabilities, and strengthen its long-term growth trajectory. The transaction was executed through an Accelerated Bookbuilding process, combining a sale of existing shares with a simultaneous commitment to subscribe for newly issued shares. A total of 60 million new shares were placed at PLN 5 per share, supported by strong institutional investor demand, reflecting confidence in Cognor’s strategy and future outlook.
