Another successful issue of ATAL S.A. bonds

Trigon acted as Sole Arranger and Bookrunner for the issuance of PLN 200m 3-year bonds by ATAL S.A. — the second-largest transaction in the company’s history and one of the standout placements on Poland’s residential market in 2025. This deal marks the fifth bond issue we have supported for ATAL since 2023, helping the company raise a total of PLN 740m. The proceeds will further strengthen ATAL’s financial flexibility and support its long-term growth strategy.
