Paweł, Head of Institutional Sales Department in the Trigon team, joined the company in April 2017.

He has over 17 years of experience working with institutional clients, including more than 10 years in managing brokerage teams. Previously, he gained experience as Head of Sales at Erste Securities Polska and as Executive Director at Santander Brokerage House. The team he leads ranked 3rd for three consecutive years (2021–2023) and 4th in 2024 in the prestigious institutional brokers ranking published by Gazeta Parkiet.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), with a degree in Finance and Accounting.
