Rafał, an Analyst in the Investment Banking team, joined Trigon in 2025.

Before joining Trigon, he gained experience at Revenieers, working in sales consulting with a focus on CRM process optimization and Go-To-Market strategy implementation. At Trigon, he advises on M&A transactions, supporting both buy-side and sell-side clients, as well as on equity offering projects. He also has expert knowledge in business process automation using AI.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Rotterdam School of Management, where he completed programs in Finance and Accounting as well as Finance and Investments.
