Trigon named Best Investment Bank in Poland for Equity Capital Markets by Euromoney

This award confirms Trigon's strong position in the Polish capital market and the high quality of our advisory services for the most demanding Equity Capital Markets transactions.

During the evaluation period, Trigon advised on 18 Equity Capital Markets transactions with a total value of approximately EUR 1.4 billion. Key highlights included:

• the PLN 1.7 billion IPO of Diagnostyka,
• the PLN 1.55 billion SPO of CCC,
• capital raises for People Can Fly and Scope Fluidics,
• and share offerings for Creotech Instruments, Bioceltix, and Cognor Holding.

A significant part of our achievements also included public-to-private transactions for Comarch and Asseco, which leveraged the combined expertise of our ECM and M&A teams. These projects demonstrated Trigon's ability to provide clients with comprehensive advisory services for complex transactions at the intersection of public and private markets.
