Investment Fund - Trigon TFI

We are experienced in creating and managing closed private investment funds. We offer investment solutions tailored to the needs of the funds’ participants, as well as their investment profiles and structure of investor activity.

Trigon Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (Trigon Investment Company) operates based on the permit from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority issued on May 6th, 2008 (DFL/4030/163/19/07/08/V/KNF/55–1/AG) as a subject of the capital market, supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, authorized to establish and manage investment funds with headquarters in the territory of Poland.

Private Dedicated Funds

Investing through closed private investment funds is beneficial to participants for a number of reasons, including:

  • the possibility to establish business structures utilizing funds for the realization of current objectives and long-term development strategy;
  • obtaining financing for enterprises implemented within the fund’s area of operation;
  • tax optimization, including deferred payment of the income tax on profits from operational and investment activity.

By placing assets in the funds, investors have full control over the fund’s activity, resulting from the statutory and regulatory provisions (also regarding participation in statutory bodies of the fund), as well as a clearly defined structure and cost level of the fund’s functioning.

The company may also establish and manage closed investment funds created as securitization funds, issuing investment certificates in order to collect funds for the purchase of receivables.

Specialized Open Investment Fund

Trigon Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. is currently proceeding with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on the decision authorizing the establishment of the Trigon Specialized Open Investment Fund (SFIO) with sub-funds of different investment policies.

More information regarding the sub-funds will be listed after obtaining the authorization from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
