Spartan Capital Holdings becomes a new owner of Plus network

On Wednesday, November 9, Spartan Capital Holdings Sp. z o.o., a company controlled by Zygmunt Solorz-Żak, was entered in the share register of Polkomtel S.A. as the owner of 100% shares. Thus, it formally took over full control of the Plus network operator.
